Properties: Dimer acid which is a light yellow transparent oily liquid, it contains trace amounts of monomer acids and small amounts of trimer acid. can dissolve in most organic solvents but it insoluble in water. Has a stable performance, non-toxic, non-volatile, flash point, the high lighting  and ice-free characteristics in the low temperature , there is a high viscosity and good adhesion.

Applicants: It's mainly used to produce alkyd resin, polyamide resin, ink, paint, anti-corrosive, plasticizers, and also as adhesives, textiles, detergent raw materials and lubricants, on the surface active agents as the anti-rust oil,food additives and so on.
